As always, there will be several info desks spread throughout the whole festival area. The main info point is located above the festival lawn. Here, you get the latest infos about the festival program. You can also claim lost baggages here. In addition to that, you can buy a selection of t-shirts and CDs from various bands here.

For emergencies, there is a first-aid point located above the festival lawn. Experts will be on-site there if you need any help.  

The access to the Juicy Beats festival area is only possible with a valid ticket. People who try to illegally access the site will be legally charged.

It is not allowed to bring your own drinks onto the festival grounds.

In particula glas bottles due to safetey reasons. The security will take care of this at all entrances.

Though, you are allowed to bring either water or juice, but only 1ltr per person until 2pm.
