There will be quite a few info points spreaded throughout the festival area. The main info desk is located nearby the main stage. Here you will get the latest information about the festival program or claim lost baggage. In addition to that, you can buy a selection of t-shirts, CDs or several merch from various bands here. 

Medical services will be available at the festival and will take care of you. If you are a diabetic, please make sure to bring enough insulin with you! 

The access to the Juicy Beats festival venue is only possible with a valid ticket. People who try to illegally access the park will be legally charged.

It is not allowed to bring your own drinks onto the festival area. There will be security control at the entrance to the festival. Security are instructed to carry out a body search.
