Accessibility

Tickets & accompanying persons
People with disabilities pay the age-appropriate ticket price. If a degree of disability of at least 50 and the mark “B” is noted on the disability pass, an accompanying person receives free admission. No additional ticket needs to be purchased for this person.
Getting there
The “Westfalenpark” subway station has an elevator and escalators. You can easily check all barrier-free stops in Dortmund here
Recommended entrances
Due to the high number of people at the Ruhrallee entrance, we recommend that people with disabilities use the entrances at Café Durchblick. These are usually less frequented and offer more relaxed access to the festival site.
Wheelchair ramp on the Mainstage
To ensure that wheelchair users also have a good view of the Mainstage, there is a specially equipped wheelchair ramp on the Festwiese. This means that everyone can enjoy the live acts together.
What can I take with me?
In principle, all necessary medication and special foods may be brought along. If you have any special requirements, we recommend that you bring the relevant documentation to facilitate admission.
Barrier-free toilets
Disabled toilets are marked on the parking maps and marked accordingly to make it easier to find your way around the site.
Juicy Beats campsite
The campsite is barrier-free, but we would like to point out that the ground is made of cobblestones. On request, we can allocate special pitches near the sanitary facilities for campers with disabilities. Please contact us in advance by e-mail kontakt@juicybeats.net
If you have any further questions, please send us an e-mail to kontakt@juicybeats.net
We look forward to seeing you and wish you an unforgettable festival experience!
