The Juicy Beats Festival is a place full of music, color and good vibes – and not just for adults! Many of our visitors remember the festival from the days when they partied into the night themselves. Now some of them are parents – and the best thing is: you can simply enjoy Juicy Beats with your children!
To make families feel at home with us, we have created some child-friendly offers that make a visit to the festival relaxed and uncomplicated.
🎟️ Discounted tickets for children
To ensure that a visit to the festival with the whole family remains affordable, there are staggered children’s prices:
- 0-5 years: Free admission
- 6-10 years: Kiddy Ticket (€4.50, equivalent to park admission for children, the ticket is only sold at the Westfalenpark ticket offices, even if the event is sold out)
- 11-13 years: Teenticket (day ticket €30, weekend ticket €60, plus €6.50 system fee each)
🎉 Children’s disco on Saturday
A special children’s disco awaits young festival-goers on Saturday! The little ones can dance to child-friendly music and experience the festival atmosphere in their own way. More information about the children’s disco will follow soon – stay tuned! ✨
🚪 Separate entrance for families
Families with children can use the extra “Durchblick” entrance to avoid long waiting times and enter the festival grounds in a relaxed manner.
🌳 Shady spots & quiet retreats
Westfalenpark Dortmund offers many shady meadows and trees where you can sit down comfortably with a picnic blanket. Here you can also enjoy the music from a distance – without crowds and with plenty of space for the little ones.
There are quiet corners where you can retreat for breastfeeding breaks, naps or feeding. Changing tables are also available in the fixed toilet facilities in Westfalenpark so that you can look after your festival offspring in comfort.
🏃♂️ Sport & Fun Zone (Kiwi Fruit)
Children have energy – and they can get rid of it in the Sport & Fun Zone (Kiwi). Exciting fun sports, soccer darts and lots of hands-on activities that integrate exercise and fun into a visit to the festival await here.
🍏 Snacks & drinks for kids
Parents know: Sometimes things just have to be quick. That’s why you can bring kiddo snacks, drinks and everything your children need for the day. Foldable handcarts or baby carriages are also allowed. So you are well prepared and can relax and enjoy the day.
🎧 Don’t forget ear protection!
Festivals are loud – and little ears are particularly sensitive. Please think about suitable hearing protection for your children so that they can enjoy the music safely.
