DSW21 is increasing rail service to Juicy Beats

Additional Trains to Juicy Beats: The U49 Runs Every 15 Minutes All Night Long

Good news for everyone traveling to the Juicy Beats Festival by bus or train: DSW21 is increasing light rail service on the day of the festival. On the night from Saturday to Sunday, the U49 will run every 15 minutes until the early morning hours, taking you comfortably from Westfalenpark back to downtown and toward Hacheney.

U49 Works the Night Shift

Starting around 9:30 p.m., service on the U49 line will be increased. Between 1:00 a.m. and approximately 4:15 a.m., it will run every 15 minutes between Hauptbahnhof, Westfalenpark, and Hacheney.

The additional trips will stop exclusively at the following stations:

Hacheney
Westfalenpark
Kampstraße
Hauptbahnhof
How to Get to the Festival

Westfalenpark is easily accessible by tram:

U45 toward Westfalenhallen to Westfalenpark
U49 toward Hacheney to Westfalenpark
U46 toward Westfalenhallen to Westfalenhallen (followed by a short walk to the festival grounds)

VRR Combo Ticket Included

Your Juicy Beats ticket also serves as a VRR combo ticket. With it, you can use buses, trams, and local trains throughout the entire VRR area for free on the day of the event and until 12:00 PM the following day.

We recommend traveling by bus and train—that way, you can start the festival relaxed and get home safely after 15 hours of Juicy Beats.
