Björn Polanski

Björn Polanski was born in Witten / Ruhr area / Germany. In 1997 he bought his first record player and had his first gig at Germany’s biggest radio station “1Live” / Treibhaus in 1999. After that he got his first residency at the very famous deep house club “Trinidad” in Dortmund. Here Polanski played a long side with Rainer Trüby, Harley and Muscle, Frankman, Manuel Tur and many more. From there, he had bookings all over Europe: Vienna, Munich and many more cities. From 2002 to 2017, Polanski hosted the weekly radio show “plattenteller” on CT das Radio. Matthias Tanzmann, Franck Roger, Lars Behrenroth, Manuel Tur, Andre`Hommen, Simon Haehnel (andhim), Larse, Malente and many more were his guests. He also had the show “Just Deep” on play.fm in Vienna for four years. Björn Polanski has been part of the IBIZA LIVE RADIO family since day one. His show “DEEPMANIA” takes place every two weeks on Wednesdays from 6 to 7 pm with guest DJs such as Ian Pooley, Jon Cutler, youandme, Marcus Worgull and many more.
