“Einfach Ely” grew up in Sauerland, at home in the heart of the Ruhr Valley. In addition to numerous performances, two NRW championships and two publications, Ely also organizes cultural events in Dortmund herself. Her lyrics are often critical of society or the system, sometimes emotional and personal, but above all always loud and profound.
